I Lead a team of 8 scientists and engineers developing water-based photopolymer plate making process for flexographic printing. Developed measurement protocols to control errors. The product started early production and sales. Applied for a patent.

I was a member of and later managed an R&D multi-disciplinary team of 15. The team developed a laser-based imaging machine. The imager includes Optical, Laser, Mechanical, Electronics and Software subsystems. Developed algorithms involving signal processing for automatic system calibration. Initiated Magneton program that was approved by the Chief Scientist. Was granted 4 patents.
