There are 25 people in department + more then 20 contractors. INLINE Technologies (https://in-line.ru) is one of the leading system integrators in Russia (9th place in National ranking). Wide range of customers, connected with infrastructure business, SP. Responsibility: management of Department. Forming a strategy for the development and implementation of information systems and software solutions. Development of products under the Univef and LMSoft brands. Management of units responsible for product development. Provide technical expertise of all aspects on all stages of the projects. Ensuring implementation of the annual plan and budget of the Department. Direct contact and report to the CTO.

IT automation Department Director

There are 15 people in department + more then 10 contractors.
Responsibility: management of IT automation Department. Direct leadership of technical and developers. Provide technical expertise of all aspects on all stages of the projects. Direct contact and report to the CTO.
My department is responsible for deploying and supporting solutions to customer: ITSM, ITAM, NMS, MES, various monitoring system (including IoT projects), DevOps solutions. Own developers’ team. Development of own product:  Univef SLA control system (Python, Flask, React JS, Mosquito, Kafka, Gunicorn, Nginx), integration with AppDynamics.
Achievements:
– 15 on-going projects in appropriate timelines.
Implemented projects:
– PJSC “Mosenergo”: Construction of a commercial heat metering system. Information collection system from water and steam mains at 15 Moscow CHPPs (350 connection points on 48 sites). Technology stack: .net core, python, OPC server. My role is general technical expertise and management of this project.
– Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation: Univef SLA control system for Rostelecom communication My role is general technical expertise, architecture and management of this project.
Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring: Monitoring and Management systems for 15 system of HPС (more of them 1500 nodes, includes 950 nodes in CrayXC40) – in-house development (Zabbix, Prometheus, MariaDB, ELK stack, python).

Responsibility is management of Technical Division of the company (staff is more than 80 persons). General management of the development of your own IDS/IPS “Forpost” on base Snort 3.0 solutions. Technology stack: Debian linux, C++, DPDK.
Achievements:
– Defining of technical policy of the company with the accent on developing requirements and meeting customers’ needs.
– Renovation of Technical Support Center, including tools and techniques.
– 3 strategic long-term projects have started.

2017″April – Win in the tender in MegaFon company for “Megabox project – system of infrastructure monitoring of Rossety transformer stations” (Industrial IoT project). First project of “NOC as a service” program in MegaFon. The project received special Award from Comnews (Russian internet expert periodical).

National provider “MegaFon” was a main responsibility as transformational account. Team leader (4 direct reports and 5 overlay). Building communication and relationship on all management levels in Megafon. Organization and project management of sales process for Cisco Equipment in MegaFon.
Achievements:
Sales volume has grown from $3M to $30M.
Cisco Installed base has grown for more than $250M.
Cisco has become one of the top suppliers for “Megafon”.
From 2005 to 2010 Manage accounts on Service Provider market (SkyLink, Smarts, Telia-Sonera, MegaFon). Since 2006 Stategic account manager for MegaFon (one of three biggest mobile service providers in Russia).  Team leader.
